BE550/BE9300 - Drops data connection on WIFI

Hi there,
Having upgraded to the Archer BE550/BE9300 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router, I find that I experience an unreasonable amount of buffering which my previous router didn't do.
Anyone having the same issue and potenially found a resolution?
What is experience i have -
1) During browsing on my laptop(s), via the various family iPhones connected, and using applications such as Facebook, Instragram, YouTube etc. the application(s) frequently pause loading and the spinning wheel appears for 20 to 30 seconds. Being on a high speed broadabnd connection with 800Mb download and 45Mbit upload, and not experienceing this on the previous routher I unsure what else to try from what I done below.
Devices this is experienced on, all has the latest OS updates, driver updates,
1) iPhone 12 Pro (Wi-Fi 6), iPhone 13 Pro (Wi-Fi 6) and iPhone 16 Pro (Wi-Fi 7).
2) Surface Pro 8 (Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz 5GHz, Channel 64, 1729,1297Mbps)
3) Macbooks Air (Wi-Fi 6)
Devices not experiencing the issue,
1) Desktop + xbox, which is cabled (CAT6) into the router.
Things tried to resolve the issue,
1) Optimising Wi-Fi channels
2) Adding, removing OFDMA/MU-MIMO (this is normally enabled)
3) Different Wi-Fi Security methods with WPA2-PSK[AES]+WPA-PSK[TKIP], WPA3-Personal, WPA3-Personal+WPA2-PSK[AES] - (WPA3-Personal, is normally enabled)
4) TWT On/Off (this is normally disabled)
5) Guest Wi-FI Off (this is normally disabled)
6) 6GHz Off (this is normally disabled)
7) Various Channel bandwidth (normally enabled 2.4GHz (20MHz), 5GHz (20/40/80/160MHz)) 64 DFS.
8) Smart connect (Enabled)
8) MLO On/Off
9) Updating DNS(s) to 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8

@Joseph-TP you sir are a liar, and when someone lies I will call them out on it. I returned the ROUTER because your so called senior engineer DID NOT HELP ME ONE SINGLE BIT, HE INSTANTLY GAVE ME A BETA BIOS and I installed it and I informed him it does not work the same ISSUE happens. He then told me if that beta bios does not work then there is nothing he can do other then check the settings of the router via remote access, when I stated clearly the router was reset and the issue is with my android and wireless devices, he said if U don't have a pc there is nothing he can do. I have every email I can forward them to you which proves u just lied.

And THIS IS ANOTHER LIE, NO THAT OLD BIOS provided by the engineer is not used to capture some log content of the router. Because THE ROUTER generates logs regardless there is no special log menu with this beta bios. WHEN I ASKED YOUR SO CALLED SPECIAL CASE ENGINEER does this bios record or do anything different then the other bios versions regarding faults or even issues with the router, HE STATED NO, I HAVE HIS RESPONSE IN WRITING, IN MY EMAIL FROM THE ENGINEER, WOULD U LIKE TO SEE THAT RESPONSE? OR ARE YOU GOING TO JUST IGNORE IT AND PRETEND IT DIDN'T HAPPEN, BECAUSE YOU JUST CLEARLY LIED AGAIN, THIS TIME regarding the old beta bios. Ur engineer CLEARLY STATED THE REASON THEY USE THIS bios because it is the most stable bios they have it doesn't have some special logs like you mentioned.
If I am willing to provide suggestions? Sure RECALL THIS PIECE OF TRASH and give everyone a refund and tell your customers go elsewhere. And another suggestion stop Lying.
This has to be some joke u made a lot of effort? Lol what effort the one where U just made up a lot of lies and had some magical dream about where U actually helped me.
People if you are reading this, RETURN THE ROUTER AND GET SOMETHING ELSE, THIS IS WHAT SOLVED MY ISSUE TP LINK DIDN'T PROVIDE ANY HELP AND JUST OUT RIGHT NOW LYING.

He did lol, he messaged me in another thread, this thread is from another user and is literally the same issue as you and I are having, this genius then says this is a COMPLETELY different issue and for me not to reply 😂, I have the screenshot saved. The worse bit is his buddy another tplink dude told me to turn on a setting that doesn't even exist like I am supposed to magically find it from a alternative universe, when I said to him the setting does not exist he just stop replying, again everything is screen shot and the conversation is saved, and now he's outright lieing lol about a magical beta bios when the engineer said the COMPLETE OPPOSITE to what he just wrote, 🤣 I have emails from his so called senior engineer telling me something completely different then what he just told me in a response which is a lie.

Regarding the WiFi disconnect issue when you're on WhatsApp video calls on your OnePlus 12, our engineers would need to remotely access your BE550 via a computer to run some commands to gather wireless information and better understand the root cause of the unintended behavior. This cannot be finished by our users on their own. Having detailed information about your network and environment is crucial for us to locate and resolve the situation effectively.
Now, I understand that you may not have access to a computer for the remote session. Could you please provide us with the configuration file on your BE550 for further analysis? We will request our testing team to replicate the issue locally based on your configuration. If we can reproduce the unintended behavior you experienced, we will no longer need to access your BE550 remotely via a PC.

In my response the very first PARAGRAPH I CLEARLY WROTE WHY I RETURNED THE ROUTER. YOUR RESPONDING LIKE YOU CAUGHT ME OUT ON SOMETHING 🤣, THERE IS NOTHING YOU HAVE CAUGHT OUT, U HAVE A READING PROBLEM, I RECOMMEND QUIT UR JOB, AND LEARN TO READ, IS THIS A TP LINK POLICY JUTS IGNORE WHAT GOES AGAINST YOU AND TWIST EVERYTHING TO MAKE SOMEONE ELSE LOOK LIKE A LIAR. @Kevin_Z I am actually intrigued, Pease explain to me after you read my previous response to you, Also reading the response I sent to liar Joseph-TP, IN WHAT universe did you conjure up the conclusion I still have that piece of trash tplink router? HOW DID UR BRAIN come to this conclusion? This is why I am saying quit your job here, you can't read, this has to be the only conclusion, that you have a reading problem, if you don't then please englighten me, I am really interested in Ur response on how my text on the screen gave you this conclusion WHEN MY RESPONSE TO UR LYING FRIEND Joseph-TP AND MY RESPONSE TO YOU clearly said and clearly states AFTER THE SO CALLED HELP your engineer gave, the beta bios and then HE said if the beta bios didn't work he needs to check the settings and since he couldnt since I dont have a pc he said he can't help me further. I clearly wrote after these two steps, I returned the router.
So let me get this clear, YOUR LYING BUDDY told me not write under someone else's posts because it's not the same, when it clearly was, then one of Ur TP LINK forum admins told me to active a setting that doesn't exist, then your lying buddy said the beta bios has magical abilities which record data and errors that other bios versions don't l, but when I asked the engineer he said the beta bios doesn't have anything different then official release bios versions other then it's the more stable. Now you by some magical means think I still have the router when I clearly stated I returned it when Ur engineer told me to do two things, 1) beta bios install 2) check settings. What makes this even more funnier Ur lying friend Joseph said and I quote, "we must also point out that we have made a lot of efforts in handling your case". THIS HAS TO BE A JOKE RIGHT? PLEASE TELL ME JOSEPH IS JOKING HERE? SO THE ENGINEER GAVE ME A BETA BIOS which didn't fix my problem and to WHICH JOSEPH LIED ABOUT, and then when the engineer couldn't remote access my device since he needed a pc or laptop and I don't have either the help ended. So the TWO THINGS of help I was given BETA BIOS AND CHECK SETTINGS ARE A LOT OF EFFORT? SERIOUSLY? I have seen people have more effort taking dumps on the toilet.

What specific symptoms occur each time the problem occurs? For example, is there a 30-second buffering period? Or is there lag when using specific apps? Screenshots of the error message would be helpful.
Could I know which specific devices or apps are affected? If possible, please provide the operating system and model details of these devices as accurately as possible.
Which country are you from? Is the router in the US version or the EU version?
Please let me know your current firmware version and keep it up to date.
