Model: RE815XE
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.6 Build 2230626 Revision 145558

I have a couple of Samsung tablets on my OneMesh network (an S3 and a Tab A) and although they will connect to the range extender they only get very intermittent data, almost nothing. If they connect to the main router (the AXE75) they work fine!

I have 40+ other devices that seem to be ok, it's just those that seem to not work via the range extender?

I've tried changing channel bandwidths etc. on the main router but with no improvement.

Has anyone else had issues like this where devices will work on the main router but not the extender?

Hi@SemlohNhoj,

For your issue, please update firmware to latest version firstly.

Please set up different Wireless names for the router's 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz Wi-Fi. Then check the unstable connection is on 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz?

Please check if you have assigned static IPs to the Samsung tablets on the router?

Or check if your Samsung tablets are set up with static IPs? Change them to DHCP.
