Hi!

I had a well functioning network of the PA7017P x3, working at about 300 Mbps, no problem whatsoever. I thought to expand it with TL-PA7027Ps, which should be compatible. Exactly after I added the 7027P to the network, however, the network wasnt working properly. The connection became bad/slow or completely unavailable. I did a reset to factory conditions on all of them. Didn't help.

I found out, after a lot of debugging, that the 7017P at the router was malfunctioning. Once I swapped that one for a nother one, the problem is solved. I don't dare to connect the 7027Ps again. Is this a known problem? is there a fix? I could not find newer firmware online, for example.

We have not received any feedback indicating compatibility issues between these two models.
Please check your circuit environment and then compare.
If the old model is still under warranty, it is recommended that you contact the retailer for a replacement.
