Many users have already expressed the need to be able to switch off the WLAN permanently in their Deco X50-5G (Reboot persistent). 

Is there any feedback from TP-LINK regarding an implementation (which should be relatively easy to realize)?

Hi, welcome to the community.

I'm afraid there hasn't been a plan to allow disabling WLAN completely on the Deco X50-5G. It is intended to work as a 5G SIM Mesh router.

As Deco can only be configured and managed via Deco APP, when set in "Bridge mode", the available WLAN network is the only way to continue managing Deco X50-5G on the mobile phone.
