Hy, 

 

A have a new TP link Archer AX17 router. This device is very good, but I have a issue for it. All device always connect and work with its, but my Google phone not all time. The 2,4 Ghz network is good, but the 5Ghz is not. My phone connect, but if I dont use the phone the router will drop the connection with google phone. I have no problem with other routers, they work good. 
Do you have any idea what is the problem? I spoke with google support, but they haven't idea. The pixel phones have some wifi issue, but my phone just doesn't work with this router. So I guess there is not problem with my phone. 

 

Sorry but the selector dont found the AX17 device.

Hi  @dfata,

May I know what is the model of your pixel phone?  What are the models of other routers that you have tested?

Please change wireless mode of 5G to 802.11a/n/ac mixed. Go to wireless--wireless settings

If the problem still exists, please take a screenshot of the wireless settings interface and send here. You can hide the SSID and password.
