Sometimes thee is no network. Can Router be used using data from Mobile Hotspot?

Hi@krishnakishor,

Archer C6 usually obtains network through Ethernet cable. If it is a mesh network, it can obtain network from other routers that support EasyMesh through wires backhaul, but it cannot connect to other hotspots that are not compatible with EasyMesh to obtain network.

 

If you want your router to still have mobile data after losing network connection, we recommend you consider a 4G/5G router. Then you can set 4G backup for the router:How to set up Wireless Router mode and 3G/4G Backup on TP-Link LTE Gateway
