I recently got a set of DECO AC1900 Mesh Wifis and once I set up the custom Wifi Network name and Password the light goes from blue to red during the waiting period when it's attempting to connect.
Is this normal?

If you check the "WLAN" settings on the mobile phone, can you find the SSID you just configured?
May I know who your internet service provider is? Which internet connection type you have selected on the Deco APP?
