I plan to buy the Tapo C410 wireless camera with the solar kit and I have 2 questions.

I don't want a Tapo paid subscription.
Is it possible to set e-mail alert or not ?

In case of Internet outage (but Wifi router still solid, just no internet, like a provider outage), if my phone is connected to the same Wifi as the camera, will I still get the push notifications on my phone ? Can I still use the app to connect to the camera ? Meaning, does the camera and its function still working on local network ?
