I'm suffering greatly with my doorbell with 2 different issues on different platforms.

 

Android - The person at the door can hear themselves talking almost like an echo. From the phone end I can bearly hear the person at the door with everything on full volume. 

 

IOS - doesn't notify until at least 1 minute after the button is pressed. 

 

I've tried tech help but not got too fair with it. Such as shame and the images are great as well as the other features but the above issues make it unusable.

Which Tapo doorbell do you have? Based on your description, it appears that these two issues only occur on devices running specific operating systems, while functioning normally on phones with other OS versions. Is that the case? > The iOS device does not have issue one and Android device does not have issue two?

 

What's the hardware and firmware versions of your Tapo doorbell? What are the Tapo app versions on your phones? Please provide the model and OS version of the phones as well.

 

Make sure device's firmware and the Tapo app are both updated. How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
