Model: Archer MR400
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.9.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 190307 Rel.45273n

Hello. I've been using this router and an extender in my house without issue for almost a year but today suddenly my iPhone and Mac book could still discover and connect to the wifi but would no longer load anything. Every other device in my home is connecting fine (Smart TVs, Firesticks, etc.) but despite rebooting all of the devices concerned, resetting my network settings and setting up the connections on my phone and Macbook I cannot get anything to load on them while connected to my Archer.

My phone gives the "No Internet Connection" Message and the status page for the router shows: Disconnected, Unknown failure reason. Please make sure your configuration is correct.

Any help would be really appreciated as I've been trying to Google this problem away to no success over the past few hours. Thank you.

Hi, welcome to our community.

Yes, the problem seems weird.

You may follow the suggestions below:

1. First, upgrade firmware to latest Archer MR400(EU)_V3_20190730 on the official website following the guide.

2. If latest firmware does not help, please try to change DNS following the guide.

3. Please put the sim card into another LTE router or your phone, then connect your iPhone and Mac book to the  phone Hotspot or another router to confirm.

4. Connect your iPhone and Mac book to other networks to confirm whether it is normal.

Thank you and best regards.
