Modifications and Bug fixes:

  • Supported EasyMesh
  • Supported TSS_V2(TP-Link Simple Setup) function, which enables thed device to quickly discover and pair with TP-Link smart home and EasyMesh-compatible devices.
  • Fixed the bugs of frequent client disconnections;
  • Fixed the bug that clients cannot access the Internet after enabling the DoH server.

1. How to manually update the firmware via web UI- How to Update the Firmware of Deco.

2.  The 1.6.7 could revert to the official 1.6.3/1.6.1 directly via web UI.

  @David-TP why no new update at Deco X50 v1.30 US version.......????

  @SayeemAhmed Because V1.30 is different from V1 right now V1 is on 1.6.7 firmware but V1.30 is on 1.2.10 firmware both are different hardware.

Hi,

I have a mix of 3 deco X50 v1 and 3 deco M9 Plus.

Since few weeks I often have 2 devices disconnected. Even with the red led network is still working.

Yesterday I upgrade firwmare from 1.6.3 to 1.6.4 via the App. 

Now I have all my deco marked as disconnected but I do have connection and wifi. That's very stange.

  @CedricM I think Deco App is having this issue sometimes my Deco units showing offline too in Deco App but in actual my all Deco units working fine without red right.

Hi, Thanks for the update.

Can I have the current Deco APP version? the latest Deco APP is 3.9.1 for IOS and 3.9.23 for Android.

 

It is also recommended to install the 1.6.7 version here to see whether it made any difference.
