Hi, welcome to the community.
Can I have the current firmware version of your Deco X50?
You can find the 1.6.7 version at the beginning of this post.
For the reported issue:
"On my Deco X50 device, IPv6 works on the first main router, but on the second Deco X50, it works on a wired connection but not on a wireless connection."
What are the model numbers of the mobile devices that can't obtain IPV6 addresses?
Would the same devices receive proper IPv6 settings when connecting to the main Deco?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

I have now successfully connected a Deco to the VX800V via cable.
Unfortunately, I have the problem that although the other two Deco are added during setup, they disappear from the network after a short time and can only be added again after a factory reset.
Unfortunately, it then repeats itself.
Are there possibly certain WLAN settings on the VX800V that cause this?
Possibly with settings that the Deco cannot cope with?
I have written the same question to support and am waiting for a reply.
Addendum, one day later.
The other two Deco are now connected to the network, but unfortunately this is only possible via a cable connection, which is not the purpose.
As soon as I remove the cable, the Deco loses the connection and no wifi connection is established.
Furthermore, the entire EasyMesh network behaves strangely.
Despite the cable connection, it says that the connection is weak.
The Decos and the VX800V are spread over 3 floors.
None of my wifi devices connect to the Decos, they all only connect to the VX800V.
The Aginet app says there is a connection, the Deco app shows me errors.
I have added pictures.

Hi, thank you for the update.
From the shared pictures, there seems to be 1*Deco M9 Plus or M5 apart from 3*Deco X55. Is it correct?
I can't figure out whether there might be any potential WLAN settings on the VX800v that might cause the constant failure of the EasyMesh. Waiting for confirmation from the engineer would be a good suggestion. As the EasyMesh feature was relatively new for Deco, I think there might be a lot of optimization work to do.
Thanks a lot.
Best regards.

Hi Dave
No, not at all, that's the strange thing, in my system there are 3 X Deco x55 as mesh agents and a VX800x as a control center, otherwise there are no external units.

@David-TP My Deco X50 aren't offering me the 1.6.7 update, is this normal? I'm on 1.6.4 (which was offered to me via the app. I've never needed to do a manual update)
Thanks!
