No local network when internet is down

Hi!
I'm using 3 XE75 Pro (v2), configured as an access point. One of them is connected to my home router, connected to internet. It works flawlessly.
However, when home internet is down (it happened yesterday during one hour), the mesh network doesn't work anymore: no laptop connected to one Deco is able to reach another one connected to another Deco. Every Deco LED is red. Is it a bug?

Hi, would it be possible to share a screenshot of your network topology?
Have you checked the local wireless connection on the Deco Mesh network?
If only the devices wired to the main Deco XE75 are inaccessible, it is very likely due to the LAN/WAN auto-sensing mechanism.
Can I have the model number of the home router? Apart from the main Deco, would there be other wired devices also connected to the home router?
Usually, even if the internet service is down, the home router should still be able to assign IP addresses for the local devices, and Deco would remain using the same WAN port.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
If you have rebooted the whole Deco network but all Decos show red LED, you may disconnect main Deco from your main router and connect a computer to the main router using the same ethernet cable to confirm whether the internet works or not on the computer.
And if you switch Deco network into router mode, does it work?
