Model: RE500X
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.04 build 20210611

I have a ax55, rx500 and rx700 in mesh. The ax55 is on the ground floor, rx500 on the 1st floor and rx700 on the top floor.

After a few days the rx500 stops working (speed drops from +100Mbs to a crawl (<1Mbs) and i have to reset to fix. This is the only unit giving problems. Is is also closest to the ax55.

Hi@GB55,

Thank you for reporting your issue to our community.

What is the LED status when the problem occurs?

If you reboot it, is the problem solved? Are there any related error messages?

Please try to swap the positions of the two range extenders, or keep only one range extender working for comparison. Eliminate interference from specific environments.
In addition, please ensure that the devices in the entire network system are updated to the latest version of firmware.
