Hi, I have recently changed phone after the old one went on the fritz. Cannot get into my deco app as it keeps asking for a code that has been pushed to my trusted device. Device is dead.
Hi. if you have enabled 2FA authentication, it will send an authorized code to the old mobile phone, but you can also switch to receiving the codes via email.
