Hello . I use tplink Archer ax 55 router. I bought today second AX55 and connected them into EasyMesh. The new router has a new firmware 1.3.3 so I upgraded my old AX55 too. Unfortunately when I did it my Macbook stopped connect to the Wifi. Some smart thers things too. For example tapo cameras, roborock, chromecast.  My mac will connect to the wifi only when I change WIFI security on WPA 3 personal but then my laptop with Windows do not connect to the wifi and others things too. Only my Samsung S24 Ultra works OK. What should I do now? I cannot install old firmware , because it is blocked. I cant use my wifi anymore. Please help.

Thank you for reporting your issue to our community.

Did you try to reboot the whole network system? Please try to change SSID to a different one for comparison.

In addition, please try to enable guest network and test if the issue persists. How to create a network for guests on the Wi-Fi Routers

  @Joseph-TP Hello. Thank you for  answer. I tried reboot the whole network.  I  have a smart dom and to my wifi are connected 28 items.  And I need them. I tried to create a Quest network and Everything is working . I am really surprised. What is mean? What is wrong with my old router and how to repair it?  My mac connect to the quest network without any problem and Is very fast on it. ... My two routers are connected by EasyMesh. I thought it will work ok but now I am not sure... I'd rather not have to switch all my devices to the new network. It's time-consuming. But now I do not know why the quest network works great, my main network is not work .. Wifi on my new second router is OK and my mac is connected with it without problem too. The wifi ssid are the same on two routers because the new ruters is "satelite router". Do you have any solution on it?

Thanks for your reply.

Are the hardware and firmware of the main router the same as those of the satellite router?

Could you check is the satellite router in the Mesh list of the main router's management page? This step is to confirm the Mesh backhaul is working.

Please turn off the satellite router, and test the main network on the main router and guest network again. If the main network still doesn't work, please take screenshot with error message.
