VX800v looses all telephone protocol entries after reboot

Hello,
In contrast to my old Archer VR600v, my new VX800v looses all entries in the telephone calling protocol after each reboot. The protocol is empty thereafter.
Any idea, how I can keep the protocol? Thank you in advance!
Best wishes

Hi @JulieUF,
Thank you for reporting your issue to our community.
VX800v is a customized device specifically designed for local Service Providers. Its software is tailored to meet the unique requirements of these providers, ensuring alignment with their specific needs. Due to the specialized nature of the firmware on your device, our ability to provide troubleshooting may be limited.
We can certainly offer some troubleshooting tips that may help resolve your issue. Please consider the following:
- Compare and check whether other settings are displayed normally after restarting?
- Export the backup file before restarting, and restore the backup file after restarting the router.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, we recommend contacting the technical support of your Service Provider who supplied the device, as they are best suited to provide the necessary assistance for your device.

That is funny, since I bought the VX800v in the TP-Link-Store at amazon.de as an original TP-Link VX800v without any information that this device is bound to any ISP... I use TP-Link routers and other devices for several years, however, if TP-Link tries to cheat their customers; I will use other hardware in future.
PS: If I use the automated restart feature of the VX800v, all call logs are lost. Saving and restoring is not an option.
