NAT is enabled but always shows as 'deactivated', so cant forward any ports :( Stuck on this, please help - screen shots are linked below.

You must have misunderstood this PVC thing..

What you are using to dail-up for Internet is PVC6. PVC0 should be deactivated, that is normal.

If you want to open some ports for your internal hosts, you should select PVC6 and follow this FAQ to open the ports you need.
