Model: Archer NX200  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 3.0.0 v60e0.0 Build 240822 Rel.76438n

My tplink can access internet no issue but when try to connect smart devices like locks and blinds and Arlo, it see the the devices but can't access internet and eventually fail to setup.  Please help me, I really have no ideas what's wrong, thanks!

 

Note: I also enable 2.4gb connection

Hi, welcome to the community.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

  • Disable Band Steering.
  • Set the 2.4GHz wireless channel to channel 1/6/11, channel width -20MHz.
  • Set the wireless security for 2.4 GHz as WPA2-PSK[AES]
