Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20250212 Rel. 12931

Earlier this week, an update was offered for my BE65 through the app. I've installed it, and since then I run into the issue where about 2-3 times a day the BE65 loses it's internet connection and can't be restored until a full power cycle.

A day later a new firmware update was automatically installed, so I figured more people had complained about this and a bug was fixed. However, still same behaviour.

 

I've tried installing a previous firmware version, but that fails. I've also tried installing the latest Beta firmware, but this upgrade also fails. (both using the Web UI)

 

Please help me  :-)

A new firmware version 1.1.1 is ready for testing, which has improved the overall network stability.

Please install this version first to see whether your issue can be fixed:

Deco BE65_V1_1.1.1 Firmware Update: Further Enhance Overall Network Stability

@David-TP Hi this is also happening to me since the firmware 1.1 build 2025012 12931  was installed a few days agao, every day its losing wifi, highly annoying as it was solid and now i have to keep turning off the device and back on.
My internet is an IFFT from Aquiss net UK

I will upload a screenshot of mine tomorrow when it stops working again.

Yes correct, support logged in and downgraded the firmware to 1.0.8 and no longer having issues. Thanks
