Model: Archer AX55
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.3 build 20240628 rel. 37017

We experiencing wifi routing issues when we use this router as wifi ap and only when we use 5ghz channel.

Is there any known issues with 5gh channel. I try to change the band wide to 20 but still not resolving this issues. It happen both on my phone and wife. So definitely not the phone issues.

Please advice.

Thanks in advance.

Hi@UratKawat ,

Thank you for reporting your issue to our community.

May I know what is the operation mode of the router? Is the 5Ghz connection unstable? What about 2.4Ghz connections?

Here are some suggestions may help you:

1) Make sure the Router is properly placed, it should be put in open area instead of inside a cabinet or shelf.
2) Login to the web management interface of the Router, go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings, change the wireless channel into another one.
3) For 5G wireless client devices, adjust 5GHz channel width into 80MHz or 40MHz to avoid interference.
