Hello, I would like to recharge the battery of my Tapo C420 camera. The problem is that it flashes green and orange and no longer recharges after 8%. Do you have a solution, please?

It seems like you haven't set up the camera. The light you are seeing is the led indicator of the camera, the flashing green and red state means the camera is ready for setup. If you remove the battery cover, you can see the battery, there is also a led indicator on the battery itself.

Do you charge the camera with the solar panel or a USB adapter? Note that for this model, you should use a 5V usb charger, battery's led will show an solid amber light when it is charging, and turns to solid green when it is fully charged. 

 

It will be abot 5~6 hours to fully charge the battery with a 5V USB charger.

  @Wayne-TP I use a 5v charger, I left it charging all night but it still flashes green/orange, the light does not have a fixed color
