TD Link W8968 - Not getting connected

Hi
I have bought a new TD Link W8968 Modem which i will be using for 1 Laptop , 1 desktop, 3 Smartphones and 1 Tablet . The network doesnt get connected most of the time. I have rebooted my modem and have set my connection settings often . But the connection doesnt get connected. Please help me to solve the problem . The network gets connected to laptop when connected through my network wire provided by Tikona , so their is no problem with my network provider, Please help me asap ,
