Tapo C520WS RTSP Stream Not Working – ‘Connection Refused’ Error After 1 Month

I am using the Tapo C520WS cctv camera and have enabled the Camera Account under Advanced Settings in the Tapo app. The username, password, and IP address have all been double-checked, and the camera is on the same network as my Mac M2.
The problem is whenever I connect from rtsp url, I got the following error.
[tcp @ 0x150e31c50] Connection to tcp://192.168.100.39:554?timeout=0 failed: Connection refused
[in#0 @ 0x150e31720] Error opening input: Connection refused.
I also try with the following command but still error .
ffmpeg -i rtsp://username:password@ipaddress:554/stream1 [The username, password, and IP address used are the actual values configured on the device.]
I can see well in Tapo App. But I tried to connect with other website or other players such as VLC, I got the above error.
