Zone detection enhancement request

Hi
Could you please keep enabled the zone detection even when camera is moving during tracking motion.
You may add an option to enable it or not.
The reason is when I'm motion tracking some person the camera get stuck tracking other things (tree leaf when it is windy, etc) forever.
If I could keep the zone detection enabled even during motion tracking I could put this tree out of range so camera does not get disturbed by it and keep tracking person.
Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

The feature on the Tapo C510W is motion tracking, not person tracking. Any movement within the detection zone will trigger the motion tracking.
Some models that support AI detection also provide corresponding AI tracking, like person tracking, pet tracking, and vehicle tracking. If you're interested in this feature, consider getting a Tapo C520WS.

Thank you very much for your answer.
I understand that person tracking is not available on this camera. This is fine.
What I'm asking as an enhancement is the possibility to keep (via an enable button for example) zone mention detection even when camera is under motion tracking and moving around.
On C510W camera
Motion tracking feature is available.
Motion zone detection feature is available too.
Can you just allow both feature to be used together at the same time.
#today when tracking motion is moving, zone detection is disabled
Thanks

The post you linked is the opposite (at least different) of what I want to do.
what I want to do is being able to exclude (or actually include only) some part of the view during motion tracking.
Thanks.

If such feature is available, it works the same way. You just need to exclude the target area in the detection zone.

Sorry I'm not sure how to interpret your msg.
My point is just to have zone motion detection working along during motion tracking.
Thanks

As initially explained, Tapo C510W does not support this feature, and neither do other models.
The detection zone is a fixed area, it cannot recognize and remember the target area and being adjusted automatically when the camera rotates. For example, if a square zone is added at the center, it remains there regardless of the camera's angle.
Your post has been merged with an existing feature request that describes similar content. Although it describes the opposite of your use case, if such a feature existed, your needs could be met. That's why I redirected you to that post.
