my router just stopped the connection and shows me dsl disabled while im connecting to vdsl and i called the service provider support team they told me that tplink routers are not sharing the mac address of the router thats whey the router doesnt want to take an ip so i decided to try to connect using adsl and it did connect accually but my internet speed is slow it was aroung 20mbs in vdsl now while im connectiong to adsl its 1 mbs or less so what can i do ?

Usually, the product working as VDSL or ADSL  is decided by your ISP. 

If you have confirmed the internet access is ok and the speed performance is not good, it is suggested to follow the guide to troubleshoot:

What should I do if internet connection is slow when the device is connected to the TP-Link DSL Modem?

Or you may contact local technical support for  direct assistance.
