Deco X50-5G_V1

Issue Phenomenon:

French operator Free Mobile has recently launched its 5G SA (Standalone) network. The operator offers customers access to 5G SA via an option that can be activated in their customer area. After activating 5G SA service, users might find the 5G SA network works properly on the mobile phone; however, Deco X50-5G no longer receives any 5G signal using the same SIM card. Disabling 5G SA service, Deco starts working again over the 5G NSA network.

Available Solutions:

Please install the following beta firmware to see whether the issue can be fixed:
Deco X50-5G_V1_1.2.1 Official Now Available for Installation!

  @pka13

Hi, welcome to the community.

Thanks for the notification. The official 1.2.1 version here should already fix this issue.

Best regards.
