I Have tried using the Username and password supplied in another thread and it will not work in VLC.
I have tried all of these to try and make it work but it will not.:

http://admin:YWRtaW4=@192.168.0.101:8080/stream/getvideo

http://192.168.0.5:8080/stream/getvideo with admin and YWRtaW4= in the Username and Password boxes respectively and it just pops another box for username and password up.

I have also tried using my own username and password for the web interface login but those don't work either.

What do i do?

How did you access it? What kinds of box poped? Provide related screenshots.
If it is convenient for you to reset the camera directly, you can try.

The password need to have base64 coding

your password need to be encoded by base 64, you can convert from here : https://www.base64encode.org/

e.g admin/admin => admin/YWRtaW4=

Thanks everyone. This works great now with ispy for all of my security recording needs.

Now to get audio streaming working too.

Hi Jam, what type of video source did you set for iSpy? I can't get this camera to work with iSpy any which way. Tried as JPEG, MJPEG and FFMPEG. I'm using the url suggested above (adjusted for my camera's ip address) and base64 encoding the password. All I get is an error no connection. The camera is operating correctly. I can see video using the web browser and web interface.

I used the VLC plugin to make it work.

Here is a guide.
http://www.ispyconnect.com/userguide-vlc.asp

Check that you can get the camera working in VLC or MPC 1st then use the address as per the guide in ispy.

I'm sorry to reopen this thread but I just bought a NC200 camera, and tried accessing the streaming video through:

http://192.168.15.3:8080/stream/getvideo

and I am entering user: admin password: YWRtaW4=

However, I get the same login window over and over again.

Did the password change for newer cameras or what am I doing wrong?

I can "download" stream using Chrome with previously mentioned:
http://192.168.15.3:8080/stream/getvideo

and I am entering user: admin password: YWRtaW4=

Stream is MJPEG over HTTP. VLC can't play this file correctly.
Stream can be played with FFmpeg player.

In my case,VLC (or ISPY,or ISPY + VLC Plugn) can't open stream. Login/Password(Base64-encoded) was correct.
Seems some problems with "MJPEG over HTTP" protocol.
Found @ codeproject.com MJPEG streamer shows me, that Chrome recognize and support (visualize) MJPEG streaming without any special plugin.
Also, FFMPEG can correctly decode stream, saved from NC200 camera.
Finally, i googled to "Xeoma" software, that can connect to this camera with no problems (using paths http://IPOFCAMERA:8080/stream/getvideo).
