Windows Laptop WiFi Connectivity Issue
I recently took a fibre deal and got a TP-Link EX511 router from my ISP, however a few days after having no connection issues at all, my laptop and sometimes my mobile phone will be connected to the WiFi network, but I'll have no internet connectivity nor can I access the router web page.
When I disconnect and reconnect to the WiFi network, everything works fine for a few minutes or sometimes longer but eventually the problem reoccurs. My desktop can connect to the internet fine since it's connected via LAN cable.
I've tried rebooting/resetting the router as well as turning off the 5ghz network and only using the 2.4ghz as it seemed that band steering might be the cause of the issue, but nothing seems to have worked.
I've noticed that my phone hasn't had this issue since I did the above, but the laptop still has problems connecting to the internet, even though Windows diagnostics says there's no problem.
Any ideas as to what's causing this?
