Tapo c510w desligada

De uns dias pra cá minha camera aparece desligada no aplicativo tapo, mas a câmera permanece ligada com led verde, e não consigo ter acesso às imagens, para isso preciso desligar e ligar novamente a câmera pra que volte a funcionar! Isso está sendo recorrente! Ainda não resetei ela!

Please be more specific about the problem, does the camera show offline in the app? The liveview image won't load? Any error?
- Make sure the camera firmware and the Tapo app are both updated.
- Check whether the problem exists while your phone is connected to the same local wifi as the camera.
- When using the Tapo app, do not enable VPN, ad-blocker, or other relevant apps.

Olá! É isso mesmo, minha camera as vezes aparece desligada no aplicativo, mas ela permanece ligada , só não tenho acesso a ela, tenho que desligar pra que ela volte a funcionar! Entrei em contato com a tp link e me orientaram a dar um reset nela. Ainda não fiz pois minha camera fica em uma local de difícil acesso! Espero que isso resolva!
