Hi@Matt1985,

Thank you for contacting our community.

If you want to reconfigure the powerline adapter to new router, please hard reset them firstly:

For the models which start with TL-PAxxxx, press and hold the Pair button for 15s until all LEDs turn off and then come back on.

For models beginning with TL-WPAxxxx, press and hold the Reset button for 10s. Release the button and all LEDs turn off. When the LEDs turn back on, the reset process is complete.

Reconfiguring network can refer to How to secure (pair) the Powerline Network

  @Matt1985

Hi,

Have you already tried resetting the AV600 adapters and then setting them up again from scratch?

Is your AV600 adapter a model with Wi-Fi option? (or what is the actual model number, as printed on the label on the back of the devices)
