AX1800, no internet, solid orange on internet LED

Hi,
I just got a new router model AX1800 to replace my old router which is no longer stable.
After I changed the device, all LED are solid green except the internet lED which turn to be solid orange.
I've tried restarting, change WAN cord so far nothing works. But when I tried the same cord with the old router it's turn to be working as normal.
[I connect the WAN port to the router directly, no modem in my room]
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi@Alice_,

May I know what is the model and hardware version of your device?

If the router has no internet or internet is offline, please try the steps below:
Orange/Red Internet light on the router:
1. Identify whether your router or ISP is the problem by connecting your PC directly to the network port to check the internet access. If the Internet is not working, contact your ISP.
2. Turn off the Router, then power on the Router, turn on the modem once the router is fully powered on.
3. Log in to the web UI via http://tplinkwifi.net and follow the Quick Setup to set it up.
4. Please go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Mac Clone to clone the MAC address of your PC. Please follow the FAQ:

Hi,
So there is basically just a network socket in your room to which you connect the cable that connects to the WAN port of the router?
Have you ever connected anything other than your "old router" to that network cable and were able to get an Internet connection? (like, directly connect a computer)
Anyway, it is possible that whoever provides that Internet connection to you might need to authorize your new AX1800 router before it can successfully connect.

@Alice_ My ISP require me to register the MAC address of the router before it can connect to their network. Your's might aslo require that. If you login on your router, you should see a WAN MAC Address (write it down or copy paste). Call your ISP and ask them if that is required.
