Hi All, 

 

I got a pair of TL-PA7019P Powerline adapters. Got them paired fairly quickly, but as soon as I plug in a network cable, things are getting difficult. On one end I connect to my USW Pro Max 16 POE, on the other end I connect to an Unifi AC Mesh. Once the connection is established, the port is immediately blocked by STP due to a detected loop. If I disable STP for that port weired outages start happening all over my network. Furthermore, there is no chance whatsoever to configure the adapters, since they just don't show up on either the iOS or macOS app. 

 

Anyone can help me set this up properly? Otherwise the pack is just going back to the store on Monday...

May I know is your network topology like this:

Unifi AC Mesh --cable-- Powerline adapter >>>Electric Road<<< powerline extender --cable-- USW Pro Max 16 POE

If yes, could you remove the switch for a comparison?

Just confirmed that it's not caused by the AP - a plain laptop has the same effect.
