Sir,

I have 3 Deco m4s installed at my residence. One is main deco which is in router mode. Its IP is 192.168.1.1. The ISP router is 192.168.0.1. 

my setup is like 

isp router -----> Main deco m4 (router mode) ----> Switch -------> 2 satellites deco m4

I have 3 issues/ problems

1st issue (Current Issue)

I have updated version (3.9.50) of deco app installed on my ios. Everything was working well, but probably after 1st may 2025, the real time monitoring of devices and decos stoppped. Not its showing download zero and upload zero. Neither it is showing interenet speed of any clients. The network consumption usage statistics is also zero. I have removed and reinstalled app but it didnt work. This problem is being faced by many people who uses deco as i have discussed it with them.

Earlier, The network usage statistics were also not correct.

2nd issue (Current Issue)

Everything works well till a point. When the main isp router goes offline and comes back online, the decos still remain offline. I have to manually reboot isp router and decos all together to make it work again. Individual rebooting of decos and isp router doesnt work. The entire setup has to be rebooted altogether.

Note : The internet settings were like I had enabled static ip in deco. 

Please resolve these issue as I have started feeling that purchasing deco was a wrong decision
