Hello, I bought this adapter from Amazon and I'm having an issue with the Bluetooth signal. It's extremely weak—it only works when the Bluetooth device is within 30–40 cm. Anything beyond that, it can't detect. How can I fix this?

Wi-Fi adapters usually don't provide a way to digitally read out their TP-Link hardware version and serial number.

But from the information you extracted from Windows we know that your Archer TXE75E uses the AX210 Wi-Fi module from Intel. That means your Archer TXE75E can be either a V1, V2 or V3, but not V4.

Note that TP-Link uploads newer versions of Intel's drivers very irregularly.
Intel themselves actually release new versions of the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers about every two months. So, in case you'd like to stay up to date, then you can also download directly from Intel.

By the way, the "firmware" of Wi-Fi/BT adapters is usually part of the driver and every time you start your computer that firmware is loaded into the adapter.

Hi,

Two questions, if you don't mind.

1) Do you have any USB 3 devices connected to your computer? (for example, external USB 3.0 drive)

USB 3 is known to affect radio signals in the 2.4 GHz range (like Bluetooth), if the shielding of the USB 3 device is insufficient.

2) Does the Wi-Fi router to which you are connected support only up to 80 MHz channel width or does it support 160 MHz channel width?

In case your Wi-Fi router was broadcasting at 160 MHz channel width, then the "Link Speed" of only 1.2 Gbps you show in your post could potentially indicate that one antenna is not properly connected. (one of the two antennas is only used for a Wi-Fi data stream, while the other one is used for a second Wi-Fi data stream and Bluetooth)

  1. No, I don't have it.

Just for your information, I bought a UGREEN USB Bluetooth 5.4 dongle, and it works well.

  1. I'm using a router provided by my ISP — the Sagemcom Fast 5670 TMPL. To be honest, the only access I have is through an app, which doesn’t allow me to control any settings except enabling or disabling Wi-Fi.
According to the specifications, it supports Wi-Fi 6.

I've reconnected the antennas and cables, and it helped — Bluetooth now works at a much greater range.

I have a few questions:
How can I find the version of my TP-Link adapter without checking the label?
I’d like to get the version and serial number, and check for firmware updates.
Thank you.
