Hi there, 

Recently purchased 3 brand new Tapo TC82 cameras for my mother to use. 

Unfortunately the infared night vision is terrible, with the image being mostly black in so far as nothing can be seen. Nor are they detecting any motion at night, even though they easily pick up motion during the day. This has made them useless at night as a security camera. 

I thought perhaps there was an issue with 1 of the cameras, but all 3 have the same problem. 

Appreciate any help with the above in relation to solving the issue, as other wise will need to return all 3 for refund. 

I have other outdoor Tapo wired cameras at my own home and none of them are this bad in regards to infrared night vision.
