Model: Tapo C510W  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.3

New to this. Trying to download video to my iPhone from the SD card but message says ' unable to download clips. Your phone is not connected to the same network as your Tapo device '. Well, as far as I can tell my phone and Tapo are both connected to my talktalk WiFi. So, why won't clips download and how do I fix this ? Many thanks.

  • Make sure the Local Network permission is enabled for the Tapo app. >> Go to system Settings -- Apps -- Tapo.
  • Update the Tapo app to the latest version.
  • Try to restart the phone.
  • Turn off VPN if any.
