Since the last 2 deco app updates, we have lost the clients upload and download speeds!! All it shows on the online client list is a green down arrow and an orange upload arrow... no speeds at all!

I have figured out a way to get it all back! All I did was uninstall and reinstall the deco app as well has pressing the reset buttons on all 3 decos to set it all back to factory default. When the networked rebooted i got the speeds back as well as the slow lags... I on the other hand had an issue different from yours about notifications.... before I did the hard reset on my decos...my notifications stopped as well as all client speeds.
Hope this helps! Cheers!

Hi, may I know the firmware version of your Deco E4?
Please also refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log:
I noticed you have submitted the Deco APP log already, and will forward it to the engineer for further assistance.
At the same time, have you tried to restart the Deco APP as well as the hardware to see whether it helps? Maybe it needs time to update the speed details.
Thank you very much.
Wait for your reply.

Hi, I just noticed you have submitted the Deco APP log already, and will forward it to the engineer for further assistance.
PS: 1.7.0 is the firmware version of the Deco E4, and 3.9.42 is the Deco APP version. And the "Support Center" structure would be a little different from your TP-link ID location, as the web support might adjust it according to the local needs.
At the same time, have you tried to restart the Deco APP as well as the hardware to see whether it helps? Maybe it needs time to update the speed details.
Best regards.

Hi, Deco E4 doesn't support VPN Server or Client. I'm afraid its remaining memory is insufficient to support this feature either.
By the way, which VPN service have you subscribed to?
The VPN function only needs the support of the main Deco. You can consider adding an extra main Deco, like Deco X50/X10.

Hi, I have a similar problem. Since updating our Deco M4 V2 to V1.7, we cannot see the download/upload speeds for any client devices in our Deco apps (all iOS). All that appears is a dash. The speeds were previously visible under the last firmware. Could it be fixed or is this feature now gone due to the extra features (e.g., IOT network) added to the hardware under v1.7?
