Hi I am having great difficulty with the camera. I am not tech savvy but am sure it is set up alright. We have a solid wifi connection in the apartment but when I try to view remotely from work I cannot. Highly frustrating, please help.

I have tried that & it is still showing as offline. Some days it connects fine, others it shows as offline. It defeats its purpose having an in house camera that won't show any video!I have rang my internet provider & they said the wifi in the house is working fine.
