TD-W8961ND - Speed does not reach Max Rate

ISP : MTNL-Mumbai
Above are ADSL line stats
Connection was running nicely but now suddenly speed remains same at non peak hours. I have a plan which says speed should be 2Mbps from 7PM TO 7AM but speed somehow does not move beyond 1.3Mbps. I tried to change Annex Mode & Modulation but it simply does not reach the expected speed.
Does anyone know how to solve it? Which should be right setting to reach the speed?

Go to Advanced Setup---ADSL and change ADSL mode to ADSL2+. Does it help?

With default ANNEX A/I/L/M, speed is approx 600 vs expected 1300
My Plan is unlimited @ 1.3 kbps till 7 pm & 2000+ after 7 pm till 7 am
