x60 router disconnections
Hi,
I have a x60 mesh environment that I used for about 2 and half years without issues.
During the last week, I started encountering several disconnections per day, every day.
I have a main x60 unit, router mode, connected directly to the network cable from my ISP and a second unit connected through a ethernet backhaul.
While talking with the techical support from my ISP, they instructed me to disconnect the router from their cable and instead connect a laptop to their network cable. The laptop immediately connected and indicated internet access. After this test I moved the network cable back to the router and it also reconnected and the network indication light turned from red to green..
Since that call with the ISP, I already encountered 10-15 disconnections which can be hours long of disconnection and in all cases doing the trick with switching the cable to the laptop and back to the router fixed the problem (until the next disconnection).
Interestingly, just rebooting the router does not help restoring the network connectivity.
I tried switching the roles of the nodes from the deco app, making the secondary node main and connecting it directly to the ISP network cable but I am still encountering the same issues. Also tried to disconnect the second x60 node, so their will be only one device on the network didn't help.
Another thing I noticed is that while the internet access is disconnected, also the internal local network is not availble. As long as the network light indicator is red, locally connected devices cannot connect, actually even pinging wired connected devices on the local network is failing.
The error occurred around the hour 22:20.
I am attaching logs from the latest disconnection.
Thanks for any assistance!
