Hello, I bought a Tapo c510w camera 2 days ago. I connected the phone and camera to wifi on the same network, I use fiber internet. The current version is 1.0.2, the firmware version in the update message is 1.1.2 build 250228, when I want to update it, it stays on the updating text and immediately goes offline. I started the free Tapo Care membership, but I could not see the camera in any way during the live broadcast, it always says refresh the video. There is a constant green light, it seems to be connected to wifi, RSSI (-16). I reset it many times, I tried different methods, I could not view the video. Although the video is not visible, for example, I can adjust the direction of the camera, I can turn its lights on and off from the application. Unable to update firmware. I am using a Zyxel VMG3625-T50B brand modem.
