hi  There last week superonline isp(Turkey) done a maintenance and i was using my own router DSL-AC56U(kinda old one was working perfect than awful zte isp router) after the maintenance my router no longer work anymore, then i tried to reconnect from my AC56U and there is no way that it worked.

 

then i bought TP-LINK AX12 AX1500 and tried everything but everything, not had a chance to connect. i used pppoe correct and used vlan as 35 / 881 / 103, cloned wan ip of ZTE ISP router, tried every scenario but never had a internet. what i discover is the GPON ONT device Nokia G-010G-R is not handshaking with the TP-LINK AX12 AX1500 or any other router except of ISP'S Awful ZTE router, even tried to power off all like couple of hours to make the account log out and forget all mac bindings but nothing changed,

 

i dont wanna use this modem as access point.

i cannot find any solution, could you guys any idea ?

From your description, it seems that the ISP requires you to use ZTE router and has bound the network data, such as Mac binding.

If ISP transmits the network by just identifying a specific Mac address, you can try Mac clone for the Archer AX12.
How do I configure MAC Address Clone on my TP-Link Archer Router?

Make sure you use the same PPPOE and VLAN settings. Especially the VLAN ID settings:
How to configure VLAN ID for your internet connection on wireless router

However, if you use the same settings are still unsuccessful, the ISP may have set other identification parameters, which we are unlikely to be able to modify.

Did you try to consult the support of your Nokia G-010G-R for help? What we need to do now is to confirm that the Nokia G-010G-R has been restored. If both the old router and the new router cannot obtain the network normally, most likely the network source is not working.

thanks for answering @Joseph-TP Actually my isp is forcing to use their zte router, what i saw in tp link logs is everything ok, even mac adress pppoe but cant recieve pado and sending pado but not getting anything, so fiber connection not working. if i call my isp and ask for nokia gpon (bc they gave me), they will basically tell me "you should use our zte router" so they wont support on nokia gpon, is there anything with the nokia gpon that binding on mac adress, maybe more seriously the serial number, and only choosing to work with zte ? i tried everything but no hope

Nokia gpon that i have is works fine with their zte router connects in 10 seconds. Thays why it become strange situation that gpon has something that codes to work olny with isp router ?

I have done mac adress clone and with correct pppoe credientials, still no hope, i think there is a situation that you typed in last parapgraph. thanks for your help
