Model: Archer TX55E
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2

I just bought a PCIE TX55E Adapter, but I found a problem where the 5ghz Wi-Fi won't connect. My main router uses Archer AX73 US Version 2. At the beginning, since it was turned on, it was connected to 5Ghz Wi-Fi Channel 36 Aggregated link speed (Receive/Transmit): 1922/1297 (Mbps) normal at the beginning when I turned on the PC, but after I restarted everything went wrong where the 5ghz Wi-Fi won't connect anymore, it's always rejected and until now I can't connect to 5ghz Wi-Fi from the ax73 router, this is the 2nd unit after I submitted a request for a new item and the new item also has the same problem

PC Specs

Intel Core i5-10400f

MSI B460M Mortar Motherboard No Wi-Fi BIOS Latest Update

POWER SUPPLY FSP PSU HV PRO 550W 80+

Please help me, is this a firmware bug or what, because at the beginning of the installation it was normal but after restarting it couldn't use 5Ghz. For 2.4Ghz it works normally.

  @Balai

Hi, did you purchase Archer TX55E and Archer AX73 both from the local market?

I used to see the local Indonesian WiFi routers prefer using band 4(channel 149-165) over the 5 GHz band.

How about the other 5 GHz devices? Are they able to connect to Archer AX73 when the 5GHz bandwidth is 20/40/80/160 MHz? What is the currently used 5 GHz channel?

When the 5 GHz bandwidth is set to 160 MHz, can you change the channel on the Archer AX73 here to channel 36/48?

Thank you very much.

Wait for your reply.

@David-TP Everything works on my phone, even on the router extender of the other brand, there were no problems. Oh yes, and previously I used Ax12, but I thought because this TX55E needed 160Mhz I upgraded to Ax73, and it turned out to be the same, it couldn't connect to 160Mhz Wi-Fi if it was lowered to 20/40/80 the speed would drop according to my picture, and I have set everything from the router side even from the driver, at the beginning the first time the power was turned on it could connect to 5Ghz Wi-Fi 160Mhz channel 36 full speed, but after I restarted my computer it didn't want to connect to 5Ghz Wi-Fi anymore

Hardware

AX73 US V2

TX55E UN V1.2

I also tried connecting to 5GHz Wi-Fi from a Huawei ISP, and the speed dropped like that.
