What are the settings for connecting a phone to the Phone 1 Jack. I have tried to follow the settings in the modem but the phone will not work. I don't understand the SIP settings and what password they want. I use Telstra NBN. Please help.

Do you want to configure the modem to access internet?  Please refer to the following setup videos:

If you need to enable SIP ALG, please refer to the link below to log in to the web management interface.

How to log into the web-based interface of the AC VDSL/ADSL Modem Router

Then go to Advanced > NAT Forwarding > ALG to turn off SIP ALG.
