Phenomenon Description:

We've received feedback from users indicating that Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads, may lose connectivity when connected to the Archer BE900 V2. It will display as "Connected but no internet" on the phone. During this time, other client devices, both wired and wireless, continue to connect to the internet without issues.

Workaround/Solution:

We understand that this situation can be frustrating. Please know that our team is actively investigating to identify and resolve the underlying cause as quickly as possible. Our development team has provided a beta firmware to assist in this effort. If you are experiencing similar issues, please upgrade to the beta software on your Archer BE900 V2 to check if Apple devices can connect to the internet more reliably.

  • The Apple devices you are using, including the model and iOS version (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 18.4).
  • The specific symptoms experienced on the Apple devices. Screenshots would be very helpful.

It's an intermittent issue so I can't say for sure, but installed this yesterday and it's been good so far. In addition to iPhones and iPads this was also impacting my MacBook Pro.

  @Kevin_Z

I have my iPhone connected to the MLO network with 2.4 Ghz, 5Ghz-2 and 6Ghz enabled. I've been testing the new firmware for 4 days and so far I haven't noticed any problem. Thank you.
