Hello,

 

I've recently upgraded to 1gb, but it doesn't work, I only get about 300mb. I am not using the dsl feature. I know 1gb is going into the router, but it sends only 300. Any idea why this is?

To be sure that you get 1 gbps from the ISP, connect a computer directly to the ISP cable and test the bandwidth.

If it's correct, you can make a VR400 configuration backup then reset it to factory defaukts, configure only basic settings and test the bandwidth again.

If the bandwidth is again around 300 mbps contact your local support for further assistance.

Test the speed from a wired device and make sure that QoS feature is disabled:
