I use a hard drive connected via USB as a NAS server. Unfortunately, it doesn't reach speeds above ~30 MB/s on the network. I noticed that USB 3 does not start as a protocol. Data transfer stays at USB 2 level. I have tried several USB 3 drives/pendrives and none of them want to work as it should, on the computer they work fine.

Thank you for contacting our community.

May I know, when did you buy the router?  Would you mind resetting the router and configure it again?

Please press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds until the Power LED blinks to reset the router to its factory default settings.

I bought a router on April 14th

Resetting didn't help

Sorry for the late reply.

May I know is it the wireless speed or wired speed?

Please test both wireless and wired speed, and take screenshots with the test results.
