just bought  

 

TP-Link Archer AX73 AX5400 Dual Band Gigabit Wi-Fi 6 Router

 

 

after set up, all working, then i did a firmware upgrade, then no internet connection any more. 

rebooted modem, rebooted NBN black box. no difference.

had to factory rest, then internet is back.

Firmware updates do not affect the configuration and network settings stored in your router. After the firmware update, you can log in to the router's management interface to check and confirm that all settings are still valid.

If you lost internet, please check what is the LED status of the router? Reboot the router firstly.
