RE700X range extended conflicting with Sky Q box?

Hi.
I have a TP Link Archer AX72 router and my Sky Q is connected to this with no problems.
Today I have added a TP Link range extender (RE700X) upstairs to improve signal.
Since installing this, my Sky Q main box keeps losing network connectivity.
Everything works fine if I disconnect the Extender upstairs.
Has anyone experienced this or know of any settings I can change?
Thanks

It's recommended that you have only one DHCP server in your local network when using RE700X in RE mode.
When you setup RE700X did you disable its DHCP server ? If you didn't, try that and test again.
For Easymesh between RE700X and AX72 you should use this guide - just make sure that you have reset the RE700X to its factory defaults before configuring.
To reset the RE700X press the reset its button for about 10 seconds.

Hi@djwoodyuk,
Thank you for contacting our community.
May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:
Sky Q main box—router AX72 )))((( RE700X )))((( client devices
(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )
Can you try placing the RE700X in different positions?
When the issue persists, can the AX72 still work?

Thank you for your response.
I have disabled DHCP on the RE700x and the problem stills occurs.

Thank you for your response.
My setup is fully wireless (as I am unable to route an Ethernet to the main Sky Q box).

If I turn off the RE700x or move in further away then I don't have any problems.
I don't want to move the RE700x to a different position though, as the signal then is weaker.
If I put the RE700x in extender mode (none OneMesh/Easy Mesh), with a different network SSID then I don't get any problems.
Ideally I want to use OneMesh/EasyMesh so I get seamless connectivity with one SSID.

Here is the FAQ with suggestions that may help you: What should I do if I fail to configure TP-Link Range Extender?
Which of the following situations are you experiencing?
Case 1: The extender's default Wi-Fi network (TP-Link_Extender_XXXX) doesn't appear.
Case 2: Can't find the host router's Wi-Fi during setup.
Case 3: The 2.4GHz/5GHz light on the extender is still off after setup.
Please let me know what you have done and reply here with the results.
